Northern California has been dealing with a strong atmospheric river and storm producing heavy rain and snow, the brunt of the storm is over, as a cold front sweeps south we will tap into some of the moisture but it won't be much.
We can expect rain to begin late afternoon today through sunrise. Rain totals here in San Diego will well under a 0.10" Winds will be picking up in the mountains and deserts, ranging from 25 to 30 mph this afternoon until about 5am.
