A ridge of high pressure will bring mostly sunny skies today, along with warmer weather, and weak offshore winds.
It will bring a noticeable warm-up compared to Saturday. In the valleys, temperatures are expected to increase by 10 to 13 degrees, bringing daytime highs back to the mid 70s. For the coastline, temperatures will still be around 5 degrees warmer than Saturday.
Temperatures will cool down about 5 degrees on Monday and Tuesday, as a storm passes to our north and onshore winds get stronger near the coast. Areas of patchy fog can be expected Monday night into Tuesday morning, visibility could be impacted.

By Tuesday night, offshore winds will become stronger with the potential for moderate to locally strong Santa Ana winds. A High Wind Warning for the valleys, foothills and mountains that will go into effect starting Tuesday at 10 pm through early 4 am Thursday. Winds will peak between 40 to 60 mph plus.
Offshore winds will also elevate fire danger due to the combination of strong gusts, low humidity, and dry vegetation.
