A DENSE FOG ADVISORY will be in place through 9 a.m. Drivers should give themselves extra time to get to their destinations this morning, and be prepared to slow down and increase following distance on the roads.
Mostly cloudy skies will stick around throughout the morning and afternoon for the coastal communities. In the meantime, we’re in store for a warm afternoon for our valleys. Daytime highs will trend from the mid-80s to about the mid-90s.
Temperatures will start to taper by Saturday and continue through much of next week. We’ll still have low 70s near downtown but daytime highs will be closer to the mid to upper 80s for our inland valleys on Saturday. We'll be even cooler on Sunday.
Next week, the coast will be from the low to upper 60s and the valleys will trend from the low to upper 70s, bringing temps 5-10 degrees below seasonal norms.
