San Diego weather today: Pleasant weather continues

NBC 7's team of meteorologists provides the most accurate 10-day forecast in San Diego. Here's what you need to know about today's weather

NBC Universal, Inc. A daily video forecast from NBC 7's First Alert weather team.

Wednesday morning will start out cloudy once again. The low clouds could reach all the way to our eastern valleys and foothills, which could mean poor visibility for those elevated communities like Ramona or Alpine on Wednesday morning.

Most areas away from the beaches should clear out by Wednesday afternoon. High temperatures on Wednesday will be pretty similar to what we’ve seen today with most areas a little cooler than normal. We’ll see more cooling for Thursday through Saturday.

A deep trough of low pressure is expected to move through this weekend, meaning continued cool temps everywhere, and stronger winds for the mountains and deserts. There are hints of drizzle or light showers, but the chances are still pretty low as of right now. So, we’ll just keep an eye on it as we get closer to the weekend.

Next week is looking dry, and warmer.

WEDNESDAY

  • Coast: AM Clouds, PM Partial Clearing - low to mid 60s
  • Inland: clouds/fog to sun - upper 60s to low 70s
  • Mountains: mostly sunny, breezy - low 60s
  • Deserts: sunny - 88
