Arson investigators believe a fire at a Tesla service center in Miramar that destroyed four vehicles was intentionally set. And, a man who shot and wounded a San Diego police officer following a car chase in a stolen vehicle was sentenced to 47 years to life in state prison. Plus, starting Friday night, parts of Interstate 8 in East County will be closed for bridge repairs.
