Program offers some Mesa College grads guaranteed admission to HBCUs

A new program is connecting Mesa College students with 30 credits and a 2.0 GPA with opportunities at the nation’s historically black colleges and universities, or HBCU’s, reports NBC 7’s Shandel Menezes
