Poway City Council approves controversial battery storage facility

In a 5-0 vote Tuesday night, the Nighthawk Energy Storage project got the go-ahead for their 300-megawatt project. NBC 7’s Dave Summers was at council chambers where many residents left disappointed with the decision.
