Police stop large group of motorcyclists on I-15 in Serra Mesa | San Diego News Daily

Dozens of motorcyclists were stopped late Thursday in a large-scale police operation on northbound Interstate 15 in Serra Mesa. And, the officer who was shot by a double murder suspect in Little Italy last week is now recovering at home. Plus, new rules are in effect when it comes to renting boats and personal watercraft.
