One man is dead after a hit-and-run crash in Clairemont
A 36-year-old man was riding an electric bicycle down Balboa Avenue when he was struck by a car coming down the same lane. That driver then took off.
Update: SDPD corrected their vehicle description. They believe the suspect’s vehicle is a a light colored possible gray 2016-2022 Mercedes Benz E class sedan with front end damage and missing grill/front end body pieces.
