National City police search for 12-year-old boy's killer who also shot 4 others at party

National City Police are still looking for the suspect who shot and killed 12 year-old Elijah Smith at an illegal house party in National City last Friday night. Four others were hurt. NBC 7’s Jackie Crea has the latest.
