La Mesa public charter school in jeopardy after district school board issues Notice of Violation

If the school board decides to move forward with the Notice of Violation, the Sparrow Academy Charter School will have 30 days to make a plan to fix the issues. NBC 7’s Shellye Leggett spoke to several parents prior to the meeting.
