Holiday market and tree lighting kick off holidays in Chula Vista

While the annual Starlight Festival and parade will still happen Dec. 14, this year, Chula Vista will host a holiday market and tree lighting Dec. 1 to begin the holiday season. The market will run from 3 to 6 p.m. on Third Avenue and the tree lighting will start at 5:45 p.m. in Memorial Park.
