San Diegans hit retailers to return or exchange those gifts that just weren't right

If you’re one of the people returning a holiday gift, you’re not alone. The National Retail Federation is predicting that the return rate for the 2024 holidays will be 17% higher than it is annually, reports NBC 7’s Shandel Menezes.
