Economists discuss proposal to raise minimum wage for San Diego tourism workers

There’s a new push to raise the minimum wage for tourism workers to $25 an hour. It would apply to hotel, event center and janitorial workers. But one local economist believes the raise might do more harm than good. NBC 7’s Jeanette Quezada explains.
