Rain, possible thunderstorms in forecast for San Diego

Just six days into March, San Diego County is already seeing its second storm system of the month. That’s coming out of February, which brought above average rainfall to portions of the county. NBC 7 meteorologist Brooke Martell has more from Cardiff.
