Neighbors in Del Mar Heights concerned after firefighters return for 3rd blaze this week

There have been three fires in as many days in the Torrey Pines State Natural Preserve, and people who live nearby are getting concerned, wondering if the fires are being intentionally set. NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports on June 27, 2024.
