Defense Calls on Key Witnesses on Day 7 of USS Bonhomme Richard Arson Trial

NBC 7 Reporter Melissa Adan reports a NCIS special agent testified Tuesday that she had interviewed a witness who said she saw a different sailor, other than Ryan Sawyer Mays, who is on trial charged with aggravated arson, running from the fire aboard USS Bonhomme Richard. The NCIS agent also said the witness, a sailor, dropped out of the Navy two days after being interviewed by investigators.
