CEO of El Cajon business targeted by federal agents speaks out

The owner of San Diego Powder & Protective Coatings said he followed hiring protocol despite allegations from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security that the company knowingly hired undocumented workers. The company has had 17 contracts with the U.S. Navy, which requires a higher level of scrutiny in the hiring process.
