Statewide program offers vouchers up to $2,000 for e-bike purchases

State leaders will begin offering $2,000 vouchers for Californians to buy an e-bike. The initiative was created to help lower cost barriers to transportation methods that aim to replace car trips and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
