Addiction crisis in San Diego persists despite citywide fentanyl crackdown

San Diego city leaders say fentanyl-related arrests have gone up by 53% this year. Community advocates however say the arrests are leading to more drug use in the streets. NBC 7’s Amber Frias reports.
