Neighbors in Hillcrest and Mission Hills are breathing a sigh of relief now that a man seen prowling the neighborhood this weekend is off the streets, at least temporarily.

“Unsafe foundation under family room,” reads the yellow tag affixed to the front door. “No access until slope repairs are completed.”
