A woman was assaulted Sunday evening while giving a rideshare to a man in Lemon Grove, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.

Investigators said the woman texted 911 shortly after she picked up her fare at about 9:30 in Spring Valley and brought the suspect to a marijuana dispensary in the 3500 block of Harris Street in Lemon Grove.
