Four people from Los Angeles County are facing insurance fraud and conspiracy charges after allegedly staging fake bear attacks with a bear costume.

The shooting scenes are about a mile apart, with the suspect ‘down’ near the shootout close to Kettner and Juniper, reports NBC 7’s Audra Stafford.
