HIGHLIGHT: Gabby Scott sets national record in 400m repechage

San Diego’s Gabby Scott not only won her heat in the 400 meter repechage, but in doing so set a record for a Puerto Rican athlete with a time of 50.52. Scott will compete in the women’s 400 meter semifinal on Wednesday.
