Tacos Libertad, a restaurant in Hillcrest that donates proceeds to a different charity every month, is steering its efforts to help victims of Hurricane Harvey. The taco shop will donate its September proceeds to the San Diego-based organization, International Relief Teams, which is providing aid in Harvey-ravaged Victoria, Texas. Eat tacos, for good.
