Del Mar Rejects Short-Term Property Rentals

New short-term property rentals are no longer allowed in Del Mar. The City Council just approved a temporary moratorium after some people said renters create too many problems in their neighborhoods. NBC 7’s Candice Nguyen has more on this vote, and how opponents are reacting.
