SDUSD State of the District Address

NBC 7 Liberty Zabala reports on the update for San Diego City schools. Some of the key issues the district faces are a lack of funding and a huge decrease in student enrollment. The district saw 1,300 more students leave the district than initially projected. SD Unified Board of Education President Richard Barrera said lack of affordable housing is partly to blame.
