CVPD Reviewing Security Footage from Home Near Otay Park

Security footage from a home near a Chula Vista park where a woman was sexually assaulted shows a man walking by minutes after the crime was reported. CVPD is reviewing the video, but has not confirmed if the man is considered a suspect or person of interest.
