The life of a sailor is hardly grounded. By plane or by sea, members of the U.S. Navy are constantly shipping out. So, when Angela Grimmesey was able to purchase her first home through a military loan, it felt like a way to really keep herself, and her two children, grounded and centered in San Diego.
