Family, Friends Mourn Loss of Louis ‘Lou' Terrell

A memorial was held Sunday morning at the Powerhouse Community Center in honor of Louis “Lou” Terrell, who died when he was struck and killed by a train while chasing his dog on Friday. NBC 7’s Sherene Tagharobi reports.
