Local Delegate Ramping up for Democratic National Convention

Judy Ki, a retired schoolteacher is Hillary Clinton’s top vote-getting delegate in the 52nd Congressional District. NBC 7’s Gene Cubbison caught up with her just before she leaves for Philadelphia on Friday.
