Ex-Cop Hays to Face Jury

On Wednesday, a judge ordered former San Diego police officer Christopher Hays to stand trial on allegations of sexual misconduct on the job. This comes after a day and a half of testimony, including from three alleged victims. As NBC 7’s Sherene Tagharobi reports, it was an emotional day in the courtroom.
