School Waited 10 Minutes to Report Gunman to 911

Escondido Union School District officials say Oak Hill Elementary did not follow protocol when administrators waited at least 10 minutes to call police to report a gunman on campus. NBC 7’s Steven Luke has more with an upcoming meeting with parents.
