Parents on Alert After Attempted Kidnapping Near Elementary School

Parents, students and faculty are on high alert after an attempted kidnapping in Scripps Ranch. Police say a stranger approached a 10-year-old girl and 8-year-old boy as they walked home from Jerabek Elementary School. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports.
