Police Investigate Mysterious Hit-and-Run

Police in Chula Vista are investigating a mysterious hit-and-run that left a man seriously injured in the middle of the street – and with no recollection of how he got there. There are not witnesses and no debris was left in the road. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports.
