County Health Department Files Claim Against City
Three major water main breaks this year will cost taxpayers in the city of San Diego an additional $5 million in claims and repairs. But a city spokesperson said they are working to repair old cast iron pipes to prevent breaks. NBC 7’s Wendy Fry reports.
