Chula Vista Police Upgrade 911 Dispatch System

The 20-year-old 911 dispatch system for the Chula Vista Police Department will be upgraded with brand new equipment. The city has also hired five more police officers to improve emergency response times. NBC 7’s Nicole Gomez has more.
