The impeachment trial of President Donald Trump continued Tuesday less than 12 hours after the Senate adopted Leader Mitch McConnell's organizing resolution laying out the rules for the trial. Each side is given 24 hours over three days to argue their case. In the first day of opening arguments, House managers made their case for President Trump’s removal from office before the Senate.
