The Apple Fire, a possible arson blaze in Southern California, burned 20,000 acres and was 0% contained Sunday, quintupling in size in under 24 hours.
The blaze forced the evacuation of nearly 8,000 residents, starting in Cherry Valley and quickly burning through Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
