Independent autopsy finds Dexter Wade had identification at time of death

Preliminary findings were released Thursday from an independent autopsy of Dexter Wade, who was run over and killed by an off-duty police officer and buried in a pauper’s graveyard. The report shows a state ID was found in the front pocket of Dexter’s jeans at the time of his death, though it took months before his mother was notified.
