Billy Joel and his longtime girlfriend Alexis Roderick celebrated their Fourth of July weekend by getting married in a surprise ceremony Saturday evening.
The couple "surprised guests at their annual July 4th party by exchanging vows in front of their family and friends," the singer's rep confirmed to People.
Held at Joel's beautiful estate on Long Island, the intimate ceremony was presided over by New York Governor and close friend Andrew Cuomo.
The publication reported that Alexa Ray Joel and actor Kevin James were also in attendance for the surprise wedding.

The decision to get married comes before Roderick gives birth to her first child with the "Piano Man" crooner. In April, Joel's team confirmed to E! News that the family was growing. Any additional information, however, would be revealed at a later date.
"The couple, together since 2009, opted to keep any further details of her pregnancy under wraps until their new addition makes an official debut," Joel's rep told E! News at the time.
U.S. & World
Shortly after the couple started dating, Roderick revealed that she met the "Uptown Girl" singer at a restaurant in Long Island.
"He was going to dinner. I wasn't," she told the NY Daily News. "And we were friends for a while before we started dating." Fast-forward to today and the twosome is ready to start a family and begin a new chapter as husband and wife.
Congratulations you two on the happy news! Let the sparks fly!
