Southcrest man files claim against city of San Diego over flooding damage

The Southcrest community was among the hardest hit during the Jan. 22 storm. One homeowner, who has sued the city of San Diego before because of flood damage, is planning more legal action against the city over similar problems. NBC 7’s Jeanette Quezada reports on Feb. 3, 2024.
