The family of Megan Espinoza didn’t hold back in a Chula Vista courtroom as a plastic surgeon and nurse were sentenced. Carlos Chacon and Heather Voss were each handcuffed and taken into custody for the death of their patient in 2018. NBC 7’s Brooke Martell reports.
