A man was arrested Monday after fatally stabbing his roommate in a North Park senior living community, the San Diego Police Department (SDPD) said.
Officers responded shortly after midnight to the Alabama Manor senior community complex, where they found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds to his chest. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.
San Diego Police Homicide detectives have learned that the victim described as a 58-year-old, and shared his apartment with two other men -- a father and son. Detectives found the victim was stabbed by the son, who was identified as Jonathan Robert Camp, 39, of San Diego. Detectives said it appears there had been an ongoing dispute in regard to the living situation.
Homicide detectives are still investigating and are attempting to locate any witnesses and video of the scene.

The victim has been identified but his name is being withheld pending family notification.
The suspect later returned to the scene of the crime and was taken into custody without incident. He was booked into jail for one count of murder.
