San Marcos mother ‘feeling helpless' after son riding e-bike hurt in hit-and-run

The driver accused of hitting 16-year old e-bike rider Jonathan Ramos will appear in court Thursday. NBC 7’s Omari Fleming spoke with the mother of the hospitalized teen, who remains in the ICU.
