San Diego's First Saturday Back in Red Tier

The COVID-19 choke-hold is loosening its grip on San Diego county this weekend. It’s the first weekend for the less-restrictive red tier in California’s reopening plan and it means a little more freedom for all of us. NBC 7’s Allison Ash was in the North County where the reaction seemed to all be positive.
