A Rancho Bernardo woman who went missing after walking out of a rehabilitation center in Los Angeles has been found, her worried family announced Monday morning.
Relatives of the 21-year-old woman pleaded for the public's help during her disappearance, which especially concerned her relatives since she is bipolar and needed her medications.
“I'm dying for her,” Laura Jones said of her daughter.
Sometime on Sunday, the young woman was found by police officers in Glendale -- a relief for her family since they hadn't heard from her in roughly two weeks.

“... This has been so painful for a mother. This is the nightmare of any mother,” Jones told NBC 7.
Laura and her husband Gary said the last time they heard from their daughter was on Jan. 13.
The young woman was on her way to a drug rehabilitation facility in the Los Angeles area. For the past couple of years, she has been dealing with addiction. She also is bipolar.
“She needs her medication to get centered again,” said Laura Jones.
After finding out their daughter walked out of the rehabilitation center, her father started to pass out fliers with photos and information about her.
“I was really wanting to get it out as much as I can, thinking that someone would recognize her and make a move to help her, knowing nobody is going to be looking for her but her parents,” said Gary Jones.
Gary Jones proudly spoke about his daughter and how talented she is.
“Since she’s been 3 years old, she’s been performing, acting,” said Gary Jones.
Her parents said before she disappeared, the young woman was a yoga instructor and a dance teacher.
