San Diego police shoot and kill man with gun in Scripps Ranch

Some homes in Scripps Ranch had to be evacuated after San Diego police shot and killed a man they say was threatening people with a gun. NBC 7’s Dave Summers spoke with the owner of All Natural Landscaping and Design who says his crew was told to hunker down in a nearby backyard.
