San Diego Housing Commission deciding what to do about shelter beds

The city of San Diego is losing more than 600 shelter beds by the end of the year. The San Diego Housing Commission is set to vote on plans to enter lease agreements with three local shelters to try and offset some of the losses. NBC 7’s Dana Williams reports.
