San Diego County's ICE policy likely headed to court, both sides say

There’s more reaction to San Diego County’s controversial new immigration policy, just weeks away from President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration. The Board of Supervisors passed the measure to end the use of any county resources for immigration reinforcement.
